Because products ship directly from our suppliers, please note:

• Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages, from separate suppliers, and may arrive on different dates, at no additional cost to you.
• Some products may ship from international suppliers. International shipments may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
