Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or process cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled, including after payment has been submitted but before the order ships.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law — for example, if an item arrives materially defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described. In those cases, please contact us at mathaisjohnson@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
